Meetings are generally the first Monday of the month from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

PTF Activities & Groups
- School of Excellence Program - Pursue certification of excellence by meeting the six standards of indicators of quality including areas of Community, Parenting, Student Learning, Volunteering, Advocacy, and Collaboration.
- Academic Achievement Group - Research and disseminate information to CCA families with the intent to enhance student academic performance. Plan and arrange for student study group activities. Read and discuss books, articles, tips, etc. on enhancing the ‘outside of classroom’ homework, projects, and study activities.
- Junior Achievement Program - Parents volunteer to visit CCA classrooms and teach and serve as role models for various careers, entrepreneurship and/or economics. Complete training and curriculum are provided to volunteers.
- Key Family Program - CCA parents help introduce new families within their local church who may be seeking a good Christian school to the benefits of attending CCA. With consent of the Pastor, communicate with church families with school age children and invite for Sunday afternoon pizza, etc. and share about CCA. Be a source of information and contacts for your church members. Encourage families at your church to consider a CCA education.
- Fund Raising Program - Investigate alternative funding for PTF/CCA projects including mission appropriate Grant search and Grant writing; Serve or work-a-thons; auctions; material, supplies and equipment donations, etc.
- Parenting Program - Participate in CCA Bible study, book reading and discussion group on principles on biblical parenting and child training.
- Publications Group - Write and publish monthly PTF newsletter (paper & web based). Assist PTF activities by creation of communications media such as flyers, brochures, handouts, etc. as needed in support of PTF/CCA functions.
- Fine Arts Program - Assist CCA Fine Arts Coordinator in implementation of Fine Arts projects, programs, and competitions.
- Physical Education Program - Participate in activities with the intent to assist and improve the physical education program at CCA.
- Teacher Appreciation Program - Participate in ongoing planning and implementation of CCA teacher appreciation activities throughout the year.
- Refreshment Group - Prepare or provide refreshments for all PTF meetings.
- Membership Group - Plan and implement activities with the intent to expand CCA PTF membership towards 100% participation of CCA families.
- Reading Promotion Group - Volunteer for a scheduled reading time in an Elementary class for 30-60 minutes. Brainstorm and facilitate activities to promote reading activities and library usage among CCA students and families outside of the classroom.
- Open House Group - Work with CCA Administration representative to plan, facilitate, and host CCA Open House activities, tours, etc. to introduce prospective families to our school.
- Parent Talent Bank - Collect and compile a database of hobbies, interests, and professional skills and availability of CCA parents. Disseminate this information within CCA.
- Focus Group - A representative cross-section of CCA parents who agree to provide periodic two-way communications including responding to surveys [web and/or paper based] on issues of concern to CCA Administration as well as informing and raising issues which are of concern to a large number of CCA parents.
- CCA Family Tuition Incentive Group - Actively communicate and participate in this program to attract new CCA families while receiving tuition discount for yours.
